Adding Email Contacts

Due to the amount of automatically generated junk email (commonly known as 'Spam'), many email servers run software applications called 'Spam Filters'. These filters often prevent emails (especially those that are automatically generated) from reaching their destination, even if they are not actually 'Spam'. To help prevent this from happening to your results and confirmation emails, you can our email address to your list of contacts. Our address should then be recognised as a trusted email source, and the email allowed to reach its intended recipient. For those who are unsure of how to add a contact to emails viewed via a web browser or Microsoft Outlook, the following is a short guide:

If you have a Hotmail account (or similar), and access your emails via a web browser, you should see a 'Contacts' tab once you have logged in. Click on this to view all existing contacts.

At the top left hand corner is a 'New' option. When you click on this, you will be presented with a window in which you can enter the required information. Once this has been entered and saved, our email address will be stored in your list of contacts.

If you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express as your email client, the approach is very similar to adding a contact to a web based email account.

Upon opening Oulook you should see a 'Contacts' tab. When this is clicked, the contact details entry window will be displayed. Click on 'New' in the top left hand corner to display the window containing the information entry fields.

Should you have already received any emails from us, even if labelled as 'Spam', an alternative method is to open the email and right-click the mouse over the 'From' address (this should be 'info@bh-ed.co.uk'). A drop down menu should offer you an option to 'Add to Outlook Contacts'. Clicking this will also display the contact details entry window.

Enter our details where required. Once these have been saved, our email address will be stored in your list of contacts.
