Online Test Service Terms and Conditions

Agreement between Member and Blake-Hammond Education
	For the purposes of this agreement the Member is the adult who has registered as an Online Test Service member. A student is the person(s) enrolled by the Member to take the tests.
	This Web site is owned and operated by Blake-Hammond Education. Use of the Online Test Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Copyright
	The content of the Online Test Service is for the sole use of the adult Member and the student(s) they enrol. No text or image may be reproduced or transmitted in any form to another person or organisation by the Member. All rights reserved.
Indemnity/Limitation of Liability
	The information provided under the Online Test Service is given in good faith. Under no circumstances shall Blake-Hammond Education be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that result from the use of the service. Members must read the guidance notes regarding the particular test type taken. Members must read the general guidance notes and guidance notes for the tests to be taken. Members must be responsible for ensuring students they enrol are fully aware of the information in the guidance notes
Membership and Enrolment
	Members must be at least 18 years of age. Private Members may enrol up to 5 students to participate in the Online Test Service. When Members enrol students to participate in the Online Test Service they must not use actual names of persons under the age of 18 years nor provide any dates of birth. If a Member wishes to take a test themselves, they must enrol as a student.
E-Mail
	The Member agrees to receive automatically-generated electronic mail in order receive confirmation of membership registration and amendments, and test results.
	Blake-Hammond Education respects the privacy of its members and shall not disclose, distribute or rent its e-mail member list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.
Usage
	Private membership entitles up to 5 enrolled students to access the services of the Online Test Service. A School which holds a Site Licence may enrol an unlimited number of students, who may access the Online Test Service at that location only. The students may take tests as often as required, having read and understood the guidelines for each test type. Blake-Hammond Education shall endeavour, but not guarantee, that the number of questions available on the Online Test Service database will increase with time.
