- Select the type of test you would like to try, along with the mathematical operator or operators (addition, subtraction etc.)
- If a Number Bonds test is selected, choose either 10 or 20 as the target value
- If you have chosen a Missing Numbers test, a maximum value of 10-100 may be selected
- The time limit for a standard test is 3 minutes, but the 'advanced' option may be selected which reduces this to 1 minute
- Click the 'Begin Speed Test' button - the actual test page will then be displayed
- When the test page is displayed, click the 'Begin Test' button to start the speed test. You will be given either 1 or 3 minutes to answer the 10 questions, depending on whether you have selected the 'advanced' option
- If you finish before the time has expired, click the
'Stop the Clock' button to see how fast you managed to complete the test
